Love it. Cute and the color is amazing. Just the right size for essentials.Cute backpack but too small for what I needed and the zippers stuck. I returned. The zippers would have made me nutsThis backpack is very nice to look at...but the quality is poor. I have used it 3 times as a beach backpack for items such as sunscreen, a Turkish towel, lip balm and sunglasses. With this minimal amount of items that I have toted, it already has a snap that won’t stay fastened on one of the shoulder straps. Therefore....my enclosed items no longer remain enclosed and have been dropped to my dismay on the ground. I would like a refund. Or how may I return it, and receive another? It was purchased through Amazon. I tried going to MY ORDERS and could not figure out how to return a defective item at all.I use this bag as my main commuter which holds work clothes, shoes, small makeup bag and book. I can sometimes squeeze the full spray bottle size item as well. Kind of tight but really holds a great amount for its small sizeI get so many complements for this bag! I prefer backpacks over purses because I love to carry everything I could possibly need.Great size and quality. Vibrant colors are beautiful. My teenage daughter loves it.Very good quality and roomy. Cute color.Great bag. Quick trip diaper bag and purse.
