This back pack is perfect for the high schooler with a busy schedule that is in need of a durable, roomy, yet stylish bag. I purchased the same bag two years ago in a different color at a Van's store and my daughter loved it. She had me on the hunt for the same bag and I'm glad I found it here on Amazon. The bag shipped in timely manner and was received new with its original tags. The back pack is on the larger side which is exactly what we wanted. It fits all of my daughter's books and has multiple pockets on the inside and outside for additional storage including a side pocket big enough for her water bottle. The back is padded and has ergonomically shaped straps that fit comfortably on the upper body, this makes a difference when carrying a heavy load. The bag is well made, zippers flow easily, and the bag is water resistant which keeps my daughter's books, supplies, and electronic devices safe when used during rainy days. Vans is known for their stylish products and this back pack doesn't fall short of that. The color is gender neutral and it's classic Van's logo is visible on the upper part of the bag. I like the black base which easily hides any dirty appearance. I would definitely recommend this item for anyone who needs a good size bag that will last you through school or any other journey you choose to take it on.
