LOVE this backpack I'll be giving it as Christmas gifts this year. One feature I love is that you can pop it open and it will stay open while you're putting things in it until you collapse it. I use it every single day.My daughter uses this backpack for school . I should have ordered her a size 18 inch . Nothing against the bag . If your child is tall go up a size. She loves it so that’s what counts.Great backpack. I bought it for my daughter for school.She likes the way it opens at the top with the snap button.Also the added stitching for the pen holder. Very sturdy plastic.Feels very expensive, only thing is that it has something that looks like mold or something not sure what it is it won’t come off, but other than that the backpack is amazing, looks and feels expensive.Knocked off a star because shipping was delayed by a few days, that I was about to cancel my order. However, it was definitely worth the wait. The look is very chic and the top opening makes it super easy to take things out. The handles and straps are super durable. I can fit a laptop, iPad, notebook, and more. I’ve already gotten compliments on it. Besides the wonky shipping, I definitely recommendI love it ..it's very durableI ordered this backpack for a student. She needed a backpack replacement for an old backpack. We searched on Amazon and she has her heart set on this particular backpack. She chose it and I was kinda of worried she might not like it when she receives it. When the product arrived it was packaged appropriately and arrived earlier than expected. The quality of backpack is descent and it is larger than I thought but it's not a problem since the student has alot of paperwork and textbooks. The student was very happy with a big smile and satisfied. The student's happiness is all that matters to me. I'm glad she is enjoying her new backpack ending the school year with a descent backpack.Used for work. Seams split after 3 months. 2nd one ive had ... a lot of money to waste for the time ive had it.First one lasted nearly 2 years .so maybe just a one off quality control thing. Have contacted manufacturer still waiting to hear. Intend to order another one as im stuck without one. And these HAD been the most durable I've used.. though hopefully this is a one off. Hence the rating. See how the next one lasts.Arrived somewhat crinkled which spoils the look, but i'm stuffing it to try to smoothen it out.
