Skateboard Backpack for Laptop & Sports - Men & Women

The "GoHIMAL Skateboard Backpack, Skateboard Bag Sports Backpack, Laptop Bag Multi-Sport Design for Men & Women" arrived promptly and was just as described online.  I chose this backpack as a graduation gift for my grandson who is an avid skateboarder and sports enthusiast.  The backpack offers several important features. A few backpack features particularly relate to skateboard portage and safety.PROS:* Excellent design and execution (most likely designed by an adult skateboard enthusiast.)  Every aspect of safe skateboarding and total equipment carry is included, along with all the necessary accommodations required for a modern, college student's backpack.  Clever use of sturdy, hidden pocket, for “off-the-head” helmet transport is essential.  Nothing has been left out in this innovative design!  * Extra-large capacity backpack measures 18.5” x 11.2” x 4.7” and has 10 auxiliary pockets. Multipurpose “Helmet” bag serves as a soccer / volleyball / basketball / football bag.* Excellent materials and construction throughout.  Thick, heavy-duty fabric and thread, strong, fully encased seams, large, rust-free metal zippers that open / close smoothly, no loose threads.  Excellent quality and QC of a well-made bag.* Very comfortable to wear fully loaded with laptop, notebooks, water bottles, helmet, board and safety gear (elbow, wrist and knee pads.)  * Wide, adjustable, thickly-padded shoulder straps distribute weight equally and comfortably across back. Excellent back and shoulder support.* Extra-thick padding in all the right places protects shoulders and upper / lower back from stress and strain associated with backpack transport.* Well-padded laptop pockets accommodate cell phone, iPad, notebook or laptop up to 17".  1-1/2” thick Velcro elastic band keeps all electronic components in place.* Convenient, well-made charging port is easily accessible and designed to be waterproof.* Extra-roomy inside and out with several pockets for storage, including a secret pocket in the back for documents / valuables. Plenty of room for books, lunch, snacks, clothing, wrist, knee and elbow pads.* Two elastic mesh side pockets hold water / drinks tightly.* The mesh helmet bag rises up from a lower, hidden compartment. It holds the helmet neatly and securely in place by attachment to large snap clips at the top of bag.* Whistle snap clip at rear holds straps securely in place.  It thoughtfully provides a loud, shrill sound for use in emergency situations.  * Reflective tape on straps provides safety at night.
