I wanted to love this bag and I would have if not for a few things. It's heavy for its size. Yes it's sturdy and well made but with its size it's heavy, then add stuff to it. Man. The straps should be wider to compensate for the weight. 2. Let's talk abiut those straps.... It's neat in theory about the convertible option using the straps as a purse then backpack, but sadly it's annoying. It's too heavy to use as a purse. If you don't adjust the straps after converting the bag will be lopsided while putting it on. If your having to get in and out of a location quickly (ie Disney) it's annoying. Wish there was like a locking function when you convert strap. It is so pretty and right now it's almost half the price as it is when I purchased it. I will be returning.It looks like the pictures. It has one pocket inside. And one pocket outside (the front part where it says danger and jet exhaust).It's cute, but it's huge. I wanted a mini backpack. I put the water bottle in the pictures for reference.I really love how it’s not a mini backpack! I have gotten a lot of compliments on it and it’s extremely sturdy! It is very beautiful. I can fit so many things including my iPad. I use it at times as a diaper bag and I still have space for my things!It’s a little bigger than expected but I like it a lot. Fits a lot of stuff and seems really sturdy. It can also function as a crossbody bagLove the bag. Just one note, backpack is bigger than their other ones. I would not say it is a mini backpack.For once, there is such a thing as too big. The bag itself is very cute and the details are perfect. I only give it a 4 star rating because I ordered it thinking I could wear it to Disney but unfortunately it’s too uncomfortable to take to the park because of the size, it’s just not what I needed. However, it is spacious and has good straps so you can really fill it up. I’d definitely recommend it.I bought this for my daughter who’s obsessed with Buzz Lightyear and it’s the perfect “diaper bag.” She’s three and loves carrying her own things so she makes sure to bring along a book or two and some toys along with her essentials.This backpack is extremely sturdy and durable. It is larger than I expected a mini backpack to be but not cumbersome. The straps are loose and do not stay in a set place but that isn't a big deal. Would highly recommend for the Toy Story enthusiast.
