Front pocket ripped out after 8 days. I have had several of these purses, and have always liked them. But never againI like it.Hermosa y útilLove the bag, small and handy very light.Liked the look/color of the bag but was a little to small for my needs. Main entry had only 1 zipper. Zipper pull on both sides is very helpful in keeping items safe in bag.The bag was a perfect size for my use. I use it like a pocketbook. It is comfortable and easy to adjust the straps. My main issue is the zipper. If not closed properly all the way down to one side things fell out easily. She did not think that the colour and the material were pleasing enough for her work purposes (the backpack was very nice, though, if you are after a backpack only), but due to a more professional nature of her work she would have preferred something different, something smaller, more presentable and of leather.The refund was issued at the end of the 2nd day (after the receipt of the item). I had to send it all the way back to the IN warehouse in the States by UPS (thankfully the shipping was free, I wanted to cancel a few hours after the purchase, but it was told I could not, although the backpack was held in the warehouse for two more days after my cancellation request, so it took a bit of time and a detour, and I replaced this backpack which was otherwise very nice, with a leather bag which was more suitable for work).Its what i was looking for.
