The TAC Force Web Tac Utility Backpack differed enough from the product description/features & photos enough to have me lower the score.I needed a tactical/combat level backpack, unfortunately the differences make it not suitable for this task.Overall it appears to be a good product it just depends on individual needs.Also this is not the best price for this item or similar items (Which usually includes the hydration bladder). I just needed it quickly & Amazon is reliable for that so I paid a little more for this type of product.OK lets start with the how it differs from the photo/description & more specific info on some mentioned. Which is not all bad... Removable/hidden padded Internal Frame in a hidden pocket in the Main Compartment behind the laptop pocket... Has an internal padded laptop pocket 9.5x11x1.5 in main compartment... Overall outer dimensions (Including exterior pouches.) 14Wx19Hx7.5D.. Has 4 covered hydration tube / earbud / wire vents... Has a large external flat hidden pocket between back panel and pack... Main Compartment 10x19x5.. The mesh pocket 9x5x1 is in main compartment has a single zipper... Top Exterior Compartment 10x7x2.5.. Inside the Top Exterior Compartment t has 4 elastic loops large enough for pistol mags... Bottom Exterior Compartment 10x11x2.5.. Inside the Bottom Exterior Compartment has a full velcro loop panel backing... Inside the Bottom Exterior Compartment removable velcro stationary organizer with padded cell phone pocket & an additional padded pocket... Inside the Bottom Exterior Compartment has integral key latch/loop... Two Side Exterior Compartments 8x5x2.. Two Side Exterior Open Pockets 8x5x0.1 between Side Exterior Compartments & Main Compartment... All compartments/pockets have grommet drainage holes except the sides... MOLLE/PAL on bottom of pack too... All straps have cinches... No Removable Padded Waist Belt but instead a 1 inch wide Attached Flat Waist Belt (Like a car seat belt.) but has stow away spot still... No buckle/straps above side pouches... No upper shoulder strap adjustment... No metal pulls on zipper but just para cord... Shoulder & waist belt no longer reinforced.So these are the reasons I do not like the pack.N- Single Stitching in some critical spots.N- No Removable Padded Waist Belt but instead a 1 inch wide Attached Flat Waist Belt (Like a car seat belt.)N- No buckle/straps above side pouches.N- Shoulder & waist belt no longer reinforced.N- Two Side Exterior Open Pockets 8x5x0.1 between Side Exterior Compartments & Main Compartment instead of open bottoms to carry long handle tools (That is what the buckle/straps above the side pouches where for.) like a shovel, ax, etc.It appears the original design was for tactical/combat purpose but now it became more a hybrid suitable for a Good Day, School, Hiking Pack w/ Removable Internal Frame but not Combat.
