I like the handbag/backpack for the most part. I was looking more for size than the backpack feature. i thought, like other handbag/backpack purchases i have gotten, that the backpack straps were removable when not using that way. They are not. It's a mild annoyance, as they can hook onto other stuff, but not enough i don't use the bag. The only other thing that's annoying is the front zipper is stiff so takes two hands sometimes and the dangles will fall inside the zipper, but again just a mild annoyance. I do use it and it's the color (red) that I wanted.
