So this backpack is a little big for my preschooler (age 4) even after being adjusted but she picked it out herself and it does not disappoint. It's large enough to fit the matching lunch box perfectly as well as her school binder and a a jacket. Her metal water bottle fits in the bag as well in the side pocket.As for the lunch box, it fits a rectangle shaped bento box perfect. It's easy to clean with a wet washcloth. My daughter spilled pancake syrup on it and I thought it would be sticky forever but nope it was easy to clean.I can see this set lasting for awhile and I'm glad she loves it.This set is AWESOME! My son tends to lose at least 2 lunchboxes in a year. This backpack as a spot to put the lunchbox in and it has a latch to keep it from falling out. The front pocket behind the lunchbox is the full length and with of the backpack giving it extra room a small pocket won't accommodate. The main pocket is perfect but it doesn't have any pockets in it. It's perfect for a kiddo in younger grades. Not sure it would be sturdy enough for high school books.This backpack / lunch bag set is really pretty. My daughter loves it and I really like the outside pocket where the lunch bag goes. Last year was such a struggle trying to cram a lunch into the backpack that was full of papers or whatever craft project they did that day at school. This way nothing is fighting for space. Water bottle holders on the sides are another bonus.I was looking for a backpack with a lunch bag and this one is great because the lunch bag has its own compartment on the outside. It has two side bags for water bottles or things you need to access quickly. It has another smaller zipper compartment. The main compartment is big enough for books, notebooks, and a planner. It was a great purchase and my son loved the color and design.Bought for my 7yo son for his second grade school year! He loves it!!! We've only been using for about a month, but it's holding up nicely so far! Great print and vivid colors.My only complaint, which isn't a bad thing, just something to work around is, the lunchbox is more rectangular and doesn't fit most of the bento boxes that we already have. So if bento boxes are a must for you/your child definitely measure them before you purchase!It looks great. It has enough pockets and places to keep our water bottles, lunch, binder, change of clothes, and school supplies. Easy to keep track of and perfect for the school year.Bought for my pre-schooler. She is tall for her age and this is quite large for her, should last her a few years. Everything is easy to open for her, the lunch box zipper catches sometimes.This was for a kindergartener so can't stay much for sturdiness since they only carry a folder. But the lunch box is great. Love the separate pocket outside the cooler portion. Altogether happy with the purchase.This combo got my son through almost 2 years of school. Definitely worth the purchase. Will be buying again for Grade 1.Lunch kit a bit small for multiple Tupperware but we love the set otherwiseGrandson loves it
